Our in process Quality Control of the endless plastallic die formed rings insures consistent homogeneous material and size control from order to order. The materials are blended to exact specifications in accordance with the style number. The ID and OD are controlled by precision made dies. The depth is maintained in process by an adjustable control on the machine. All parts are inspected prior to shipment.
